Another Nerd Joke
Here's another one for my math nerd friends. (Shamelessly stolen from mightywombat.com.)
This is Cringer, My Fearless Friend
When I was kid, one of my favourite shows was He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.
I wasn't the only one who liked that show. Practically every ten year-old boy loved He-Man. He was "the most powerful man in the universe", not to mention he also had the single most macho name you can possibly have.
And on top of all that, he had a magic sword and a battle cat!
Of course, now that I'm older I can also see that He-Man's alter-ego, Prince Adam, pretty much had to be gay. At the time I was too young to notice that sort of thing, but then again, I probably wouldn't have cared. He-Man was my hero.
There's a decent Wikipedia entry about He-man, and if you watch the following video, you may be able to see why, even twenty years later, fans are still writing about him in their blogs:

It mocks one of my cherished childhood memories, and shamelessly steals clips from what was probably the second best cartoon show of the eighties. But I'm willing to forgive all that because a) it's so well done, and b) it's utterly hilarious.
Erin and I laughed so hard when we watched this, there were tears in our eyes.
It’s Been A While
Ok, I haven't really posted any blog entries for a while. To be perfectly honest, I've been kinda busy with some other projects. For the next little while, I'll probably stick to shorter postings, of the "look at this creative thing that someone else did" variety.
